As promised in the coming days I will list some of the amazing restaurant we visited during these last couple of months. Tonight I will start with:
Osteria Le Panzanelle-Lucarelli : fantastic osteria in the middle of the countryside close to Radda in Chianti. A small but super-nice wine list and food simple but amazing and reflecting the real soul of Tuscany.We had two primi to remember: some amazing Pici all'aglione and a plate of Gnudi, a kind of gnocchi that were absolutely unforgettable. Pasta are all "fatte in casa" (handmade) and you can clearly taste it! To accompany this robust food a great Chianti Classico Riserva from a very small producer called
Porta di Vertine, everything was absolutely amazing including the relaxing setting. A place worth the trip on the windy roads of Chianti.
